Humba is a portmanteau of "humok baboy" or soft pork.
Ingredients:
2 lbs. pork hock (pata)
1 Knorr Pork Cube
1-ounce dried banana blossom, soaked in water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup coconut vinegar
5 tablespoons brown sugar
4 laurel leaves
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped
2 teaspoons whole peppercorn
3 tablespoons cooking oil
8 cups water
Salt to taste
