A while back, I was planning to open a karenderya.  This was a list of the foods I wanted to serve:


Breakfast

1. scrambled egg hotel style / spanish omelette
2. tinolang isda

4. kusahos baka
5. bulad (sarciado/fried)
6. salted egg w tomatoes
7. tawge guisado
8. kinilaw tuna
9. ukoy shrimp
10. adobong nukos

lunch
1. lauyang baka

8. chicken afritada

10. pork ginagmay
11. chicken liver/egg

meryenda
1. burger
2. scallion pancakes
3. saging saba
4. sandwiches
5. binaki/tamale
6. fish balls

dinner
1. chicken bbq
2. deep fried/grilled hito
3. grilled liempo
4. bulalo
5. igado
6. pancit canton guisado
7. honcit
8. lechon manok
9. lampredoto / callos
10. adobong pato
11. char siew
12. adobong balut
13. kambing kaldereta
14. grilled/steamed talaba
15. soy sauce chicken


Of course with fried rice in the morning and rice for lunch and dinner.  What do you think?
